The ICA was established in 1999 on the basis of offices in Wrocław and Warsaw and a chain of residents in other cities. It offers services to companies both from Poland and other countries. The internationality of our services consists in making them available both for Polish and foreign companies in relation to Polish and foreign business entities.

Our goal is to reach the highest possible level of effectiveness. Frequently – even over 80% – our services consist in mediation with debtors and bring positive effects being the least expensive way of coping with them. We also focus our special attention on judicial proceedings, including those before both arbitration and execution courts.

The basic offer package now includes additional services, such as business entity verification, business information, monitoring of legal amendments, individual financial audit at the Client’s office, training in financial and tax security, possibility of recovering assets with restricted property rights as well as assets being the subject of leasing or pledge.
